Worst customer service ever. Came out to assess a problem. Said they needed to come out a second time and when they did, said they would need to come out a third time with yet another device to finally diagnose. Second visit when they reset our toilet after pulling it, they left it completely loose on the floor and not level and when we finally got them to send a tech out (the original one cancelled and rescheduled without telling anyone after I waited all day) they said he had damaged our flange. This is a warranty repair for our home warranty, now they won’t return my calls or the home warranty Company calls. I’d give them zero stars if this was possible.
