After dealing with a pipe backup issue for almost a year and two other plumbers, John and Tom were able to begin the correct diagnostic process and start formulating a solution that will likely fix our issue once and for all and will likely be less costly and less destructive than what was originally stated as needing to he done. They were honest and thorough, direct and to the point. I am grateful for the time spent so far and looking forward to the final outcome.
Edit and update. They sent Zach, a different plumber out to do another set of diagnostics. During the visit, Zach had to pull out toilet. When he re-seated it, he left it not level, rocking all over the floor and cause damage to the flange in the process.
