This company was assigned through my insurance and they were scheduled for a total of 5 times to meet me at my home. 2 of those 5 were no call no shows. The other 3 times it was looked at and i was told they needed to get parts and they left.... 3 times.... never came back with any parts. Called their office on every possible line many times and never got through to anyone. Sometimes it would be days to get a call back from the many voicemails I left...
This ticket was open for over a month as i dealt with this. Wasted hours and hours of my time between trying to reach this company and as well as voicing my complaints to the warranty company.
Eventually after a ton of arguing with warranty company, they finally assigned me a new plumber. Useless company...
