The technician John came out after another company through American Home Shield decided they weren't able to do the job that lasted less than an hour. It was a clogged kitchen sink!!!! He came in, let me know the issue, and proceeded to complete the work with no problem. I appreciate his professionalism, as well as his ability to handle the task at hand. Home warranty company sent me Chris. Chris said that it seems to be an issue with my P-Trap but he's not sure and he won't be able to help me, told me to try baking soda and vinegar ??? Then he said Black peoples hair tends to cause the toughest clogs. I informed him that I dont wash my own hair, I go to the salon. Worst service I've ever had. He seems knowledgeable and was very informative too bad that does nothing for me 🤷🏾‍♀️
