Forced to use this company through warranty company. I had a clogged sink for a total of 9 days. Was quoted $350 out of pocket for hydro jetting my clocked sink. Waited 5 days for them to come back. When they came, they wanted payment up front AND did not have hydro jet equipment. Instead, they cut my pipe in 4 separate places and reconnected with rubber couplings. They also ran water without replacing the p-trap and left the back gate open that they used to find the outdoor spigot to clear out the large sections of pipe they cut out and put back together. This was not the service I paid for!!

I have a service contract with AHS, I advised the latter as well as Melton of the issue with my hot water not flowing as well after not being used for a couple of weeks, I explained my plumbing conduit was mixed mainly galvanized. The galvanized section was causing limited water pressure. This issue can occur by tuning the main off and on. (I have been plumbing for 40 years) just do not live near the property. which is why I have the contract with AHS. When I purchased the property the water flowed fine(my contract with AHS simply requires I turn it on and make it works.
