Had drain/sewage problem. Came second day after contacted. Took pictures and was suppose to get back with us after home warranty information submitted. Well apparently there was issues with that. After not hearing from them a week later we contacted another plumber.

The plumber was in an out very quickly. Charged me $175 to remove a toilet. 2 nuts, drained the water, in 5 mins for $175. Really?! Couldn’t get the snake to go through so he decide to quit in 5 mins. Don’t we use cameras to see what’s blocking the drain? Proceeded with bad news. It’s ok to have bad news, but be informative. I had to pry to get information.
