Edited my review because I feel that we were taken advantage of. Used this service with our Home Warranty company. The plumbers are supposed to send facts and photos of home owners issues, and allow the warranty company to make the determination on whether or not an issue is covered. Instead, the plumber input a determination for the warranty company, and then charged us $600 to install a $100 toilet. The tank of a toilet falling apart is NOT normal wear and tear, and this determination should have been made by the warranty company. Not the contracted plumbing company that can then overcharge you because you are in a bind.
