Scheduled the appointment and was told the tech would arrive between 8am and 4pm. Got a call the morning of the appointment from the tech and was told he would not be there until 7:00 p.m. as I was his 9th call that day. I had already taken a vacation day at work so I got to sit around all day and wait. Got a call at 7:30 p.m. that they wanted to move the appointment because the tech was running behind and still had 2 calls before me. I told them that could not happen. So the tech still came. He arrived about 830. The tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. He did fix the problem even though I had to waste a vacation day at work.
