I experienced a manufactory error on my new sump pump which caused the piping to break where it should not have. As a result my basement was flooding. Melton Plumbing came out and got it fixed right up!

Dewey, the plumber, was fantastic. He had everything with him he needed, was fast and efficient. The reason for his delay and getting here at the appointed time was very understandable. The job before me took a lot of extra time which was no problem. Unfortunately, it took three calls and four days to get ahold of someone to make an appointment. The person I spoke with was very nice and very apologetic.
