Pleased with the service that was provided. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived and made the repairs in a timely fashion. My only complaints are that their pricing is very high and getting a call back from anyone at their office seems Impossible

Had a running toilet, person that came out had no idea what they were doing, took our $60, did not actually do anything to the toilet and then dropped the top of the toilet breaking it. After repeated phone calls where they made appts and then never showed up (while we took off work because they said they woule be bringing a new toilet lid). Basically incredibly terrible customer service and truly based on the lack of knowledge and experience of the tech would doubt that they have a license in my opinion.

I called Melton pluplumb for 2 separate issues in the past. These were non warranty calls. The owner and his team handled both issues in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

Was referred to Melton Plumbing by our warranty company. Had a horrible experience from the start they had poor communication and disregarded voicemails we left. prices are very high. very poor level of customer service. The day my hot water heater was installed I also came home to cigarette butts in my yard/on my back porch and I do not smoke.

The original review consisted only of the first line outlined above. In lieu of the response from the owner about some warranty issue and claim getting denied (which isn't true), allow me to elaborate on how unprofessional, rude, and disorganized this company is so that you don't experience the same nightmare I did. I had what turned out to be a root issue in the main line. Melton Plumbing was the contractor assigned by the home warranty company, First American, which was the only reason I reached out to them initially. The problem was originally diagnosed as a wax ring issue under a toilet but that was far from the case. It took Melton Plumbing 3-4 visits to actually diagnose the problem which was roots clogging the main line in the yard. They were several hours late for each of the service calls. For one call,...

I'd never use this company and I'm not sure they are even licensed plumbers. HMS home warranty sent them to repair our water heater. The guy who showed up had no idea what he was doing, had no plumbing equipment in his lunch box sized tool box that he had to drag out of his Chevy Cavalier that was literally held together by a bungee cord. He put plumbers tape on the hot water release valve and said "if this doesn't take care of the leak you need a new water heater" after taking our $100 copay. When we called back to say that the damn thing was still leaking, we were told they don't do warranty work anymore. So they took our money and the warranty company money but fixed nothing. This company is a scam and I've reported them to HMS. I'd give them a ZERO star rating if it was allowed.

Melton Plumbing was who our warranty company sent out to us for a home warranty claim from HMS Home Warranty. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The problem with our water heater was misdiagnosed. The owner was rude on the phone and the service tech that was sent to our house was nice, but completely in over her head. Forgot to turn our water back on, left breaker switches off and left us with a small water leak that we didn't have before the service call. Horrible! They came out to fix the main drain line, didn't bring a camera, rattled the pipes and broke the kitchen sink, broke their auger off in the line, got dirt and mud all over our washer/dryer/wall. Now, we have two repairs, including the main one that was never fixed. AND they charged $100 to break our stuff.
