These guys are a joke!!!! Floor drain clogged William stood there just looking at it explaining how difficult it would be. Had me run all the water drain was not filling up. Then my air conditioner kicked on dumped condensation and it filled up. He said you need an air conditioner guy. He just didn't want to mess with it. The air conditioner company came out and laughed said it had nothing to do with the air conditioner it was a slow drain. Then my warranty company put Melton back on it . They made an appt for the day and then no one showed up. They made another appt. for the next day but told me that they could not guarantee me they would make the appt. things happen!!!!! I called my home warranty and they can't get a hold of them. PLEASE STAY CLEAR!!!!! UPDATE: Roto Rooter came out did not have to move any pipes ran a snake and voila' fixed within 15 minutes!!! Absolutely horrible experience from the beginning. Was asked to pay for service, just after they cut our water lines. We literally did not have running water. We said we would pay in full once completed. They proceeded to back up their stuff and head for their car when we called the police. They left our house in non-working order, were extremely disrespectful and will never be allowed back in my home. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. We only used them because it was through our home warranty, HMS, which is also terrible. AVOID TOM MELTON PLUMBING AT ALL COSTS!!

Very disappointed. We have been waiting all day and its 3pm , we were sent someone to fix our 2 faucets that had broken off and the man showed up said that he didn't do that service , there was different guy from their company to do that , and that we needed a new garbage disposal ordered so he would have whomever come back ( this was a thursday) the following Monday , but we told him we had to schedule time off and Tuesday would be better ,he said Tuesday was fine and they would return then. It is now Tuesday , 3pm, we have contacted company twice , we took the day from work to be here , and no one has shown up or contacted us.
Now lost wages , and extremely agitated our day has been wasted waiting around .

My home warranty company, HMS, selected Melton Plumbing for our toilet repair job. The first thing I did was Google the company, and after reading all the negative reviews I wasn't very happy about it. Apprehensive (to say the least), but willing, I went ahead and booked the appointment. The technician came out and was very professional. I waited as he assessed the issue and called our warranty company for approval (which they did). We waited a few days, called a few times, but never heard back (return calls could be a little better). I finally got a call back, only to find out HMS was dragging their feet and making the process more difficult. I spoke with HMS and was eventually told the issue would not be covered under the warranty (even though they had previously approved it)... Anyway, to make a long nerve-racking story short. Tom Melton plumbing did everything they could...

5 hours late. Misdiagnosed the problem which voided my home warranty. I was told I would get an estimate. Three days later and six phone calls no estimate and no return call. I would have selected no stars but in order to post I had to pick 1 star. If negative stars were available I would have picked negative 5.

Warning! Think of your worse nightmare of a plumbing situation: Promises of service, call backs assured your issues will be resolved, guarantees...then, 700.00 later still no solutions, water flowing out from under your toilet, roots still in the drain and refusal to have the courtesy or professionalism to call back after leaving a slew of messages...
Anyone who writes a nice review is a relative...that is the only guarantee Melton Plumbing can give you.

After dealing with HMS my home warranty company for the past month on trying to get a hot water heater, Melton Plumbing stayed patient and did everything they could to find out where the hot water heater was. After a month of the home warranty company giving us the runaround about this hot water heater and causing the plumber to go to various places to try to find it I have never seen a company bend over backwards for a client. I took a day off of work to get it installed and when the home warranty company still couldn't find it, this plumber fought for us and eventually we ended up buying on ourselves, the plumber picked it up from Home Depot and put it in for us the same night at 8:30 because he knew that I couldn't take another day off of work. They even gave me their personal cell phone number so that if we had any problems with HMS or anything else between the time it took...

Terrible....set up appointment... NO SHOW NO CALL NOTHING ! Terrible

Worst plumbing company I’ve ever seen. Left my plumbing worse than when they found it. No follow up phone call after they said the manager would call the next day, no receipt sent, no answering the phone when calling after, DO NOT allow them to touch your plumbing.
