The gentleman who came on our service call was very kind. He admitted as soon as he arrived that he was not knowledgeable on whirlpool tubs. I feel as though whoever scheduled him for our call set him up for failure. He was trying to call someone the entire time he was there.

I am very disappointed that I took a day off work to meet with a tech who admitted upon greeting at my door that he knew nothing about jetted tubs. It was a waste of his precious time and mine. I’m the future please don’t schedule techs for jobs they are not proficient in knowledge.
