Workers left and not return and didn’t even tell me why they left
Terrible communication!
And the Better Business Bureau has giving this company a “F” rating!
THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!
Do not use them!

Very impressed! When our hot water heater died, they came quickly to make the initial estimate and then got the new one in fast. The technicians were very good and conscientious. Would definitely use Melton again and refer them to friends!

The plumber called ahead, was on time and went right to work. He was professional and personable. He knew what he was doing and did it well. I don't think I am allowed to mention his name, but i would definitely recommend him and Melton Plumbing Service. They were assigned this job by Sears Home Warranty Service. I got 3 faucets repaired for the cost of my deductible. Thank you to all involved including they lady who answered the phone.

Melton Plumbing installed my new water heater. When I first called them (Sunday night at 9p), they were willing to come over to turn off the water to the heater. Very responsive to phone calls. Tom was very helpful. Delays due to the home warranty service, but as soon as AHS got the heater, Melton came same day to install it. Very happy with their service!

Did great work changing out my old cartridge. Not sure why such low reviews on here...

On Saturday 10/27/18 My pilot light went out on my gas water heater. Tom Melton, who is part of the Home Buyers Warranty Service group, called me and walked me thru the process of lighting it to produce hot water so I could take a hot shower within a couple hours and save me a service call. I think that's pretty awesome!

Most horrible service would never recommend these people twice they told us they’d be at my daughters house and twice my husband and I took off work and twice they never came told me a story of having someone in the hospital and someone sick well I am compassionate but this is a business run it like one! They always tell us a time and every time try coming earlier then said on the times they did show up talked with a tech one night said he’d be out the next morning at 9 and wasn’t the person on phone basically called me a liar only reason we used them was a home warranty! Don’t use this company!!!!
