Paid my $100 then was hit with another $120 to remove a toilet before the plumber could start. He couldn't get the clog undone warranty WILLNOT cover additional work. We just got taken for $220.00! Part was ordered 6 weeks ago to fix my hot water heater- I’ve been following up weekly since and no one will call me back. I just tried calling again and the voicemail is full. It’s winter, we are a family of 5 with small children and have no hot water. I would give zero stars if it were an option....I’ll be chalking my service fee up as a loss and moving on..

Dewey came out and was fantastic. Took his time and was very friendly. Would bring the company back out again, if we had another issue.

Rude. The owner can spin it any way he wants after I post this comment to try to make it seem better (I see he has done that a lot), but he is totally unprofessional. First he called me to see why my daughter left negative feedback and what he could do to make it better. After multiple excuses about not receiving the 4 phone messages on Friday (1 to the secretary, and 3 to the voice mail), on Monday evening my my daughter left negative feedback. The phone call escalated and nothing was resolved. Totally unprofessional. If I did business like this, I would not be in business very long.
The original problem was that we have no paperwork after the service (service work was good - no problem with that) to show what was done, when it was done, who did the work and no signature to accept that we agree the work was completed. The repairman walked out saying he didn't have any...

Great and timely job! Russell really went the extra mile to ensure our water heater was set up properly. He was quick, efficient and a pleasure to be around. Highly recommend!
