Part was ordered 6 weeks ago to fix my hot water heater- I’ve been following up weekly since and no one will call me back. I just tried calling again and the voicemail is full. It’s winter, we are a family of 5 with small children and have no hot water. I would give zero stars if it were an option....I’ll be chalking my service fee up as a loss and moving on..
