Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Canceled multiple appointments during the appointment window while people were sitting there waiting for them. Steve showed no concern for their terrible service leaving us with no hot water for two weeks in the freezing cold of winter. And to top it all off after speaking with them over the phone more than 10 times they waited until the very last second when the tech was about to go to the home to tell me I owe them over $400 and I need to pay up immediately or they won’t go out there, before that no one had said a word about it.
All in all I have worked with many service contractors in the past and never encountered such poor communication or lack of customer service. Not only would I never use this company again or recommend it, I will be sending a complaint to the BBB about their business practices.

NEVER USE THEM EVER IF YOU VALUE YOU LIFE AND MONEY. We were referred to this company by our home Warrenty company due to our gas water heater needing to be teplaced. It took several calls to even schedule the repair. Once done we where happy as a homeowner that knows nothing about plumbing could be. Our Warrenty covered the water heater itself but we have to pay over $500 to Melton plumbing for bring the old plumbing to code and other miscellaneous. Not two months later the water heater was severely leaking we still had hot water but were concerned it could go at any moment or flood the basesment. After about 5 calls to Melton plumbing we were able to arrange a tech to come out who replaced a valve that was the alegited cause since they knew they had used several from what they found out was a bad batch. I had a clog in my bathroom that needed unclogged. I called my home warranty, AHS, who is contracted with Melton Plumbing. Melton plumbing came out on 1/2/19. After paying the $100 deductible, the plumber informed me that he could not get to the clog, and needed to charge me out of pocket for taking the toilet off. Desperate to get my toilet fixed, I agreed. After an hour or so of working on the toilet, the plumber informed me that he was unable to reach the clog. And that I would need to hire a company to access the clog from the roof, as this is an add on bathroom and he was uninsured to get on the roof (as most companies are). He then left. I need to mention how FILTHY this company left my bathroom. Feces were splattered all over my shower, sink, floors, and walls. And it was just left like that. Russ was very efficient and knowledgable. I appreciated how patient he was with my questions and he took the time to help me understand ways to maximize the life of my new water heater. I would definitely call melton plumbing again and I'm tremendously glad they are a part of my home warranty company's network.

Russ came out from Melton Plumbing quickly after our hot water tank bit the dust on Christmas. He was knowledgable and helped us to understand the process of replacement and working with our home warranty. Russ was not only knowledgable, but also friendly and polite.

The installer did a great job and the new water heater was installed quickly and efficiently.
