[Professionalism] Mark was able to identify our problem quickly and seemed very knowledgeable.

Updated: Keith came out and replaced our water heater and was fantastic to work with. He knew exactly what he was doing, he did it quickly, and he was really personable and enjoyable to interact with. I am happy with my overall experience with Melton Plumbing and would recommend them.

Worst company ever. I tried calling them 5 times on Friday and again Monday morning. Are they even I business anymore?

Instead of fixing the problem, he made it worse and then told me that it had to be replaced and lied to HSA in the report he wrote, not telling them he made it worse by eliminating all water pressure when he tried to fix the valve leak, when the issue was only a leaky fixture with plenty of pressure. I continuously had to spend my who day watching over him because I continuously had to have him go back and repair a fixture that was not fixed. This is the 2nd time he had to come to my home to fix my fixtures. They will try to repair things and hope that you do not notice as a home owner. Their plumber lack in skill and it is noticeable. I fell like my property was vandalized.

This company is absolutely terrible to put it best. Came to my house for a water leak in the attic through a warranty company. Collected money right when they walked in and said it wasn't covered. I agreed to pay them to repair the issue. That's where the problem began. They repaired what was leaking. I was told there was no water or ceiling damage just moisture that will dry. They turned the water on and another leak was found. The guys said they had another job to go to leaving me with no water. Worse they said they would be back the next evening to repair the rest. Guess what they never showed up. Huge surprise. Worse of all the next day the ceiling collapsed after being told it would dry out. Had a reputable plumber come fix the leak to find out in his words Melton plumbing did a butcher job. I am now going to be out several hundred dollars to repair what these incompetent idiots...

Dewey was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He identified the cause of my leak within a few minutes and explained to me how to resolve the situation (a minor fix not covered by my warranty company). I was also very pleased with the lady who called me to set up the appointment. She was about to leave the office (it was a couple minutes past 5:00) when AHS emailed Melton Plumbing about my problem. Instead of going ahead and leaving, she read the email and called me to make an appointment for service. My appointment was set for the next morning! I had wonderful service from Melton and highly recommend the company.
