I was called very quickly by this company after the first plumbing company said they were unable to determine the source of the leak in my home. They came out same day and Dave literally found this issue (the correct issue) within 5 minutes of being there! He was so friendly and knowledgeable.

We just purchased a house and the water heater went out, our home warranty referred us to Melton plumbing and I couldn’t be happier! We had a technician out the next day to assess the issue and the water heater was replaced by the end of the week. The whole process of the replacement was easy the technician was super nice, knowledgeable and very fast! Thank you so much for making this one thing we won’t have to worry about!!

These guys came out to fix a slow hot water line on our garden tub. The gentleman that showed up sprayed WD-40 in the faucet spout and said it’s better. It wasn’t and I called American home Shield back and they said he did what he was supposed to do which was nothing and charged me $75. I then called a local plumber and he said take out the stem on the hot water side and clean it out -you can do it yourself which I did and it increase the flow back to what it was originally installed. There were lime deposits and particles stuck between the lines which came out. These guys didn’t know what they were doing, and also could not find the water shut off‘s for the tub which were right below in the basement with an access panel open. Not sure where they got their training but was not professional in anyway shape or form. Maybe they have a different standard when working with American Home...

Our water heater burst and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, my water heater is installed in a cramped utility closet with my air handler and a water softener system. The team from Melton was able to work around the labyeinth of pipes and ducting to get the old heater replaced and the new one installed.

Tech called and arrived on time.. Did a quick change out of my leaking water pressure regulator. Cleanup and finised the job.. No receipt given.. I just made a copy of the check..no problem.. Thanks goes the plumber and my 2-10 Home warranty..
