"Melton Plumbing broke my sink and still has not fixed it."

Never showed up for a job and when I called they told me to find someone else to do the job. Very rude and unprofessional.

I was very happy with my plumbing repairs with Dewey at Melton Plumbing. I was very concerned about the plumbing issues discovered in my home including my main shutoff valve not working. Once Dewey arrived and assessed the situation, he assured me he would take care of everything. He was punctual, professional and very thorough. The repairs took much less time than I thought. I would definitely recommend Melton Plumbing!

They Don’t even have an address on here. I wonder why.

On March 11th, 2019 our basement started flooding. After contacting our home insurance company they got ahold of Tom Melton's Plumbing company to come see the problem on March 20th. On March 20th we paid them $100.00 to figure out why it was flooding. They said it was tree roots and we'll come back another scheduled day. That was for March 23rd. They came, we paid them the $600.00 to clear the tree roots, they went to the basement and immediately came back up minutes later. They said the problem is not tree roots and they don't know what it is. They then said to call the city to come flush the street pipes because if something was stuck in there, that would fix the problem and they can scope our pipes through the street. I had two different techs come to my house and both of them were very nice. Both of them showed up in good time and got to work immediately which I was glad of. The home warranty company sent this company out and I ended up having to have the old pipes removed and new ones put in to my washer because of a stoppage. The home warranty company would only pay to have the old ones removed. The tech removed them and did a good job doing that. The home warranty company wouldn’t pay for me to have new pipes put in so I had to pay $350 for that. The tech put the new pipes on an old pipe which was stuck down into concrete. I didn’t know at the time but the old pipe was rusted off and not even attached to anything it was just stuck in the concrete. So the tech put new pipes on something that wasn’t even connected. So the water from my washer went all underneath my house. I understand it’s dirty...

Great experience, selected by our warranty, they were out on time, great communication and made sure job was right before they left! Thanks!!!

Was told by secretary that we could schedule an appt. for 330 pm. Tech called at 12 and informed me they would be at my house shortly. When I told him what the secretary said he told me they would need to reschedule. Talked with secretary again and made a 430 appt. for another day. Tech called me at 11 saying they would be there within the hour, when I told this tech of the issue he angrily told me there is no way I had a specific appt. as there is a precise script to follow. I told him the secretary made the appt. to which he yelled saying I was lying. I then cancelled my work order with my home warranty. This review is not a reflection of the work they can/can't do but simply the communication within their own company:abysmal.

I had Dewey as my service technician today. He showed up first thing in the morning, listened to my plumbing problem and got right to work. He had my drain unclogged and faucet fixed within an hour. I will use Melton Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
