Will Miller promptly arrived and fixed any and all issues in a very timely manner. He was very helpful and took his time to thoroughly go over everything. I would definitely recommend. Excellent experience.

I contacted this company as they contract with my Home Warranty Company. When calling to schedule the service call the woman who I spoke to stated that she had to read a disclaimer to me which stated that when I was next in line for an appointment the tech would call & if I didn't answer they would call back a second time & if I didn't answer at that point I would have to be placed on the schedule for the following day I said that was fine & the time frame of the appointment was 8am to 8pm the following day. The issue ended up being a frozen drain in my shower which I repaired myself by pouring hot water down the drain. The following day I had a doctors appointment I went to my appointment and while I was there I received a call from the tech which I was at my doctors appointment and unable to answer at the time. A lady came to my house. Took pictures and explained to me that she torn her Rotator cup. Which is confusing because she has to lift things to be a plumber. Come to find out she told my insurance company it was a unsafe environment. Before she left she said I need to make a lot more calls. She left me with no directions to follow. She waste my time and allowed for my claim to be cancel.
Water still leaking and secondary damages are adding up.

I've added a picture to my review to show their horrible craftsmanship. If you're looking for a Plummer I would suggest finding another one. My experience with them and still with them is now going over a month of waiting. I'll give you a break down of how their operation has worked for me.
1st time- They were supposed to come out on a Friday, waited all day and, then I finally received a call after 5:30 pm and, they said they weren't coming, they'll come the next day. (It happens I get it)

2nd time- They came by the next day and was here maybe a total of 5 mins and, left and said they'll be in contact with us. (Great)

3rd time- 2 weeks later they were supposed to come out, I waited all day and they called around 6:30pm to say, "well, you have an air duct in the way and we can't do the job until it's removed." (It was 2 bolts and I could of...

Jasmine was our plumber and even though what we needed done was trivial, she was very friendly and got everything fixed in a timely manner. Thank you so very much!!

The incompetent technician didn't clear the drain, but he said it was clear and tried to sell us a$1,000 root clearing service. They refused to come back when the home warranty company asked them to try once more and finish the job. He didn't even snake the drain that was backed up and did not appear to be aware of the septic tank.

My home warranty company had Melton Plumbing out to assess/replace a water heater. Showed up on time and professional to assess to problem BUT the fraudulent and unprofessional experience from that point has me wanting to protect others from the same experience. Their assessment to my warranty company was that the unit replacement would require plumbing reconfiguration to the pipes and venting. Per the agreement with my home warranty these costs are specifically NOT covered. They were up front about this and their quote paperwork showed very clearly what is typically not covered by the warranty co. The repair would be $800-$1,000 in uncovered costs. Called my warranty co. Sounds/looks legitimate.......
