This company does not stand by it's own standards. They tell you one thing and do something completely different. I'm quoting from their own paperwork. "What Happens Next? Now that we've been to your home and determined that you need to have your water heater repaired/ replaced, we will notify your home warranty company within 24 hours." This company came to my home on the 28th of February 2020 and should have submitted my work order by the end of the following day or the latest on March 2, 2020 beings that the 29th of February was a Saturday. My paperwork did not get submitted to my warranty company until March 3, 2020 making this very unacceptable per their own standards.
