Update: the response to my review is categorically false so I can only assume they have the wrong claim ticket. I have never received any further communication from them and never received any response to my email. Additionally no one from my household was given any kind of quote or spoke with anyone after the one technician came. And yes, there was only one technician in our home, not two.
This contractor was assigned by our home warranty company to fix a gas leak. The technician was an hour late and then said he couldn't do the work and "someone will call you on Monday." We never heard another word from them. When you call, there is not an option to speak to a person, they just ask you to send an email. So I did, and have not received a reply. It's been 6 days and our home has been without gas the whole time. We called another plumber and they fixed it...

Please call the office .. we have an answering service ... Hamilton Answering Service ... if you are not getting an answer you are calling the wrong number .. we have NO open leak claims , so I am assuming you either have the wrong company ... or your claim was denied by the warranty company...
