Sent a trainee, based on what he could do himself. Had to reschedule my appointment because they were missing a standard bolt for a toilet. Had to use my towels to clean up his mess. Had to teach the tech how to open the top to the main water supply from the city.

Well. What can I say? Its been 3 weeks of calling non-stop, my Warranty Company calling Non-Stop. This Plumber will not only ignore your calls, but will neglectfully refuse to complete the service. My house has been non-stop flooding for over 3 weeks now. No one will answer or return our calls. Our warranty company told me they havent even picked up the parts to complete the service, and the parts have been ready for WEEKS. *** DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER *** They do not care about you, they will waste your time.

Do not use this company. Over the course of 10 days I left a total of 15 messages and emailed once. I did not receive even one return call. The tech blamed the answering service stating they were not receiving messages. I did notify the answering service that this was Melton Plumbing's explanation. Their techs have been out twice to fix my water heater and I still don't have a properly functioning unit. The last one here (9/1) said we needed a new unit and they would submit their report with that information to the warranty company. They are required to submit the report within in 24-48 hours. As of today (9/8) their report has not been received by the warranty company therefore delaying the process further. I have insisted that the warranty company send a different contractor at this time. I will not deal with Melton Plumbing again. Apparently their business reputation and level of...

A complete joke and scam. Service technician came to home and after running sink water tried leaving saying he was finished. Called boss and loudly called my husband names in front of my young children. Completely unprofessional. Came back in took pictures under the sink and talked to boss on phone. Ran sink water. Never touched dishwasher which had standing water in it only took a picture and then told me I needed a new one. Place is a complete joke. Would never recommend. Only used because that is who the home warranty people sent out. You have been warned. Do not use.

I was sent to this company through my Home Warranty Department. The company had to reschedule on me twice. Once they came out and looked at the problem and I was told they needed to order a part. Never could get anyone to call me back from the company for an update on when the repair
would occur. After 1 month of dealing with this horrible company and my horrible home warranty department, I hired my own plimber who was able to repair the probelm all in the same day. Even though as of the same day as my repair this company was still telling my hone warranty that they couldn't find the part that was needed. I have contacted the BBB on both companies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I was assigned this contractor from my home warranty agency, and wow, what a nightmare!

I found water under the bathroom floor tiles, and also in the utility closet next to that bathroom.

The contractor only stayed here for about 5 minutes, ran the shower and bathroom sink, then flushed the toilet. He said the water was leaking from behind my wall, so the only way to get to it was to either remove the water heater and cut through the wall behind it, or to jackhammer up the bathroom floor and cut into the bathroom wall. Then he left because he said the warranty company would instruct him how to proceed after receiving his report.

Days pass and I hear nothing. The warranty company tells me he didn't fill in any details on his report, so they can't proceed. This continued for ANOTHER MONTH! The contractor never responded to calls or emails or...
