They set up two appointments and never showed or called they rescheduled the first and never showed for the second

We were given an appointment time of 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. so my husband took a half a day off of work. By the time I got home at 5 o'clock no one had been to the house or even called us. I called in to see if someone was still coming for the appointment and was told they were backed up and I should hear from the tech shortly. The tech then called to say he would be to our house in about an hour. Around 7 p.m. the tech finally arrived and service was great. He was able to quickly fix the issue and was very polite and professional. My only complaint was the lack of communication and effort to keep us informed about appointment time. I understand stuff happened throughout the day, but a quick phone call and we wouldn't have had to leave work early for an unrealistic appointment time.

I would never in million years recommend this company to work on anything in your house. First, they never answer the phone. Also, they’re very rude and doesn’t have good customer service.

they don't answer the phone you have to email them and when you do email them they don't answer wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

My water heater went out Friday evening. The home warranty company gave me their number. I left a message at 7p.m. They immediately called me back. Super friendly and said they would fit me in right away. Brittany came out the next morning ontime. She came right in had it fixed in 20 mins and showed me how to handle it next time. SO HAPPY WITH OUR EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU.
