This is by far the worst plumbing company that I have ever used!!! I contracted them through my home warranty and they came to my house and diagnosed the problem. They took apart my faucet and left it laying on my counter, left and said they would contact the warranty company and explain to them the problem. They said it was Un-fixable and would need a replacement.

Well they never contacted my warranty company to explain the problem and the diagnosis. I’ve called my home warranty 4 times with every call they attempt to call Melton Plumbing. The line goes straight to voicemail and said you need to leave a email. The warranty company sent a email requesting a response every time. Melton plumbing never called. The last call to the warranty company, they placed me on hold again to make a call. Melton Plumbing actually answered the phone and when they heard the name of...

TLDR: I have waited over a month for the technicians to come back and actually fix the problem they identified. No one can answer why or when it will get fixed.

My home warranty assigned them to me, and after looking at reviews, I should have had them switch them ASAP. Melton Plumbing has some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The techs were great, very prompt and nice. I was told a part had to be ordered in order to do work. I waited a two weeks, figuring there was a delay due to COVID. After two weeks, I called, and was told I had to email in order to get updates. I emailed multiple times with no answer. Whenever I called it was no help. No one could tell me when I’d get my issue fixed. I should not have to wait this long for a simple answer. I Do NOT recommend this company.
