TLDR: I have waited over a month for the technicians to come back and actually fix the problem they identified. No one can answer why or when it will get fixed.
My home warranty assigned them to me, and after looking at reviews, I should have had them switch them ASAP. Melton Plumbing has some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The techs were great, very prompt and nice. I was told a part had to be ordered in order to do work. I waited a two weeks, figuring there was a delay due to COVID. After two weeks, I called, and was told I had to email in order to get updates. I emailed multiple times with no answer. Whenever I called it was no help. No one could tell me when I’d get my issue fixed. I should not have to wait this long for a simple answer. I Do NOT recommend this company.
