We start way back in August 2020 for this story time. I contacted my home warranty company about my inoperable pilot and was, to what I would discover later would be my great unfortune, assigned Melton Plumbing. On 08/07/20, a technician came to give it a "thorough cleaning." The issue returned. I submitted another request under the same work order number through my warranty company. On 09/08/20, the tech returned to once more clean the unit. The problem returned within hours of his visit. On 09/11, another visit, another cleaning. On 09/21/20, another visit, another cleaning.
