Quote wrong price and holding to cash check till THEY send a refund. 2week of trying to get them to cash my check I paid for the service. Rude on phone when they do answer and will not respond to text unless threated.

I had a tub drain leak, I reached out to my warranty company and they sourced the job to Melton Plumbing. They were scheduled to come out on Monday, July 26 between 8am-8pm. I cancelled my dentist appointment and stayed home all day waiting for them and they were a no show. I called my insurance company and spent hours on hold trying to get resolution only to find that they said they would come on Tuesday between 8am-2p Around 1pm I started calling and was only ever to reach a 3rd party answering service who stated I would need to reschedule my appointment because they were closed for the day, I asked when was the next appt. and she said "2 days from now." I had to call my warranty company back AGAIN, only to be put on hold again for over a hour to have another plumbing company assigned to the job, who thank God came out the next day and did a great job fixing my...

Scheduled Melton through my home warranty provider. They said my clean out was below ground level and they couldn’t do anything. It’s not. I was not home, so I couldn’t do anything about it. Called warranty provider, said Melton was collecting a service fee for the work they didn’t do. Went and purchased an auger and did it myself. These people are losers and deserve to be shut down.

The 2-person crew that delivered the new dishwasher and performed the installation (Jasmine & Jeremiah, the "J Crew") did an excellent job. Jasmine - the lead plumber - called in advance to get photos of the undersink area (to make sure they had the right parts to avoid code violations), and Jeremiah brought in the new washer and removed the old one without touching anything. Considering the delivery contractor for Lowe's - CRST Home Solutions - couldn't get the delivery piece done in a timely manner, it was nice to see the install/removal portion of the transaction go so well. Having Melton do the install definitely made up for the shortcomings of CRST Home Solutions.

They came to my house 3xs to fix a tub faucet leak. Had 2 plumbers at my house together. Was told my water pressure was too high amd a whole bunch of other BS and Ii was going to have to purchase another service, which I declined.. my small drip actually turned into a constant thick stream of water that could literally fill a 5 gallon bucket of water in 3 minutes, shortly after they left. I went on Youtube, found the issue, $25 bucks later my tub was good as new. Come to find out it simply needed a new seat and spring so I replaced that as well as the stem. YOU GUYS SUCK!!

They advised me they would be out between 8:30am-9:30am they called me hours later to tell me they were running behind (things happen I get it). I told the guy " I have somewhere to be at 3pm do you think it will be before then?" he said "It will be way before that". I called to reschedule at 1:50pm because I still haven't heard from them and I didn't want the work to be rushed since I had to leave in a hour. The lady answered the phone and said I need to send a email to reschedule (What?? why do I need to email when I have a person on the phone?). Anyway I send a email and didn't hear from them until the next morning. They called me at 7:00am the NEXT DAY!!! I told them I will call the warranty company for another company. That is unprofessional to me. I took off of work that day and you expect that it is okay to call me in the morning with no prior communication...
