Chris the plumber came out to do estimate for my 2 toilets. I have american homeshield insurance. He lied to insurance company about my toilets. He stated that "we cracked our toilet due to excessive force." The second toilet he stated "the blue deodorizer that we put in tank caused the gaskets to deteriorate." He purposely lied so are toilets werent covered by insurance. I got second opinion and nothing he said was true and the other plumbing company fixed my toilets and they were now covered by insurance. I don't recommend them. They are liars and then want you to pay them to fix it.$$$$$

Very professional and ahead of schedule! They came in introduced theirselves and got right to work. Once completed they explained the issue and how they fixed it. No issues since they left. I will defnitely will use them again if necessary for future plumbing/drain issues.
