Told them we were not available until after 3:30pm, the next day, the plumber tried to come at 8am...

Then after kindly reminding them no one will be home until 3:30, they rescheduled for 5-6pm.

We thought all was good, then they randomly showed up at 2:30. Our baby sitter kindly told them we were not home from work yet and the technicians UNKINDLY told her we would have to reschedule for after the weekend because they had to go to Cincinnati.

But before they left from talking with our babysitter, the technician told her we needed to pay a $100 service fee. Lol which your guys guess is as good as mine as to why. They never even came in my house let alone performed a service.

The lady who works at there call center was also just as confused why they were there 2 1/2 hours early.

Avoid! Tom Melton hug up on me in the middle of request for a follow up. Left multiple messages for owner Tom. He never returned phone call. July 15 original order to fix instant hot water heater(IHWH). Still without working (IHWH) 3 months later. Warranty company cannot send an electrician out to fix the (IHWH) until Tom or plumber Zack call. This is Tom Melton’s fault. Not Home Warrenty Company.

I can't even give them a one star. This is by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with! Do not use them!! They don't know what they are doing.

John V. was such a good guy. Would absolutely use Melton again because of him. Got to the issue quickly. Very friendly. Cleaned up well. No complaints, whatsoever.

They came to my home on September 2nd .they took a piece.from my water heater and stated they would be back to replace it. I have called everyday since sept 16 and they still have not returned to do the repair and today is sept 30th

Did well on the work assignment but, I've been trying to get a report from them about the plumbing behind the shower not being anchored, so far after several calls to the company I still have not gotten a response from the company on my request.

Unprofessional and unresponsive after they cause issues for you. Stay away from this business if you want to save money because they will cost you more by the damages and issues they caused!

They were on time, professional & did a quick fix on
leaking faucet outside system.
