While there was a rocky start on my part, because my wife just had a baby on the day we were first scheduled, I have tried multiple times to call and reschedule with NO callback at all. They also scheduled me for an appointment without my okay. We had talked about me calling back on a certain day to reschedule, but instead scheduled my appointment for that day. And then had the gall to call my service complete. I'm out 85 dollars with a toilet still dysfunctional. (Edit: I was talking about the warranty company for the 85 dollars, since I was charged for a repair that has not happened yet. And I have tried calling at least 3-4 times leaving a voicemail with no call back to schedule an appointment. This was done before it was closed out. I left my name, number, address, and service needed on each voicemail.
