WORST "plumbing" service EVER! BEEARE

DO NOT USE. I contacted my home warranty company for a main drain clog and they referred me to this company. I looked up the reviews and called back to cancel. However, I needed my drained cleaned so going against my better judgment, I scheduled an appointment. The plumber came and I explained my drain is 200 ft. He said he only had 100 ft or may be a little over and proceeded to do the job. Once completed the drain was still clogged and was advised I had root issues. He told the warranty company I had roots so that is not covered. I should have known something was not right about that because in the past when my drained clogged the basement was fully flooded and not in one area and the previous plumber did not mention a root issue. So I contacted my home warranty and complained they offer to send them back out and I refused and paid for another plumber to come out. He had a 200ft...

Of course this is the company the home warranty service uses.
First off it’s nearly impossible to get hold of a person at their offices, you always have to leave a message and wait for a return call, which rarely happens.
Guy shows up late, I told him my sump pump was working but I just needed a float switch. He proceeds to look at it for 2 min, then writes it up as my pump is seized up which caused the warranty service to deny coverage.
The pump works as I used it after he left.
This wasn’t the first bad experience with these people. They treat you like garbage because you are not paying.

John was very friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and kept me informed on the work he was performing. I was concerned after reading the negative reviews on here but my concerns were unfounded. This is a good company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

If there was an option of zero stars, I would have chosen that. This company should not be in business. They do not answer the phone. When they call you back they are rude and unprofessional. I was assigned to them through my warranty company and I don't understand why they have them as a contractor. They have over 150 complaints with the BBB. Please listen when I say, DO NOT CONTACT THEM FOR ANYTHING. You will regret it tremendously. It is too much to type all that I went through with this company. I ended having my warranty company switch me contracters. I didn't care if I had to pay another service fee.

Man, do I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I let them in my home. I have a small leak in my second floor shower fixture that has left water damage on my ceiling in the first floor. Like (seemingly) everyone else, I was assigned Melton by my home warranty company (AHS). The "plumber" came out two days later. She was driving her personal car (really small convertible), and brought no tools in with her. She came in, ran my shower for 10 minutes, then went out to her car saying she was going to get ahold of AHS to see how they wanted to proceed. She wasn't out of my house 5 minutes and I had an email from AHS saying my claim was being reviewed, something I've never had happen before. She came back in with American Home Shield on speaker phone to tell me that my service would not be covered because it was a problem with the 'Bathtub drip basin". I told the...

They came out 2 times to fix a drain stoppage, didnt fix either time, said they would be back with the correct equipment, and didn't come back and delayed until my warranty expired. Then tried to make up reasons they shouldn't make it right. Horrible customer service. Negative 5 stars! I read the response and that is utter nonsense. I gave then every opportunity to make it right and they weaseled out of doing the work. Horrible company.
