Worst company I have ever worked with regarding a water heater that went out. Never on time. Did not return phone calls. Said they would be out and never showed. Lied about why they could not show up (ie forgot it was daughter's birthday, dr appt, forgot had the day off). Promised it would be installed on a Monday-nope. Promised for the next day-nope. Talked to someone in management-they were rude and said we should go to a neighbor's and take a shower (day 7 of no hot water for shower, laundry, dishes. Finally came out (LATE) and said he could not stay because no one was home. There was someone there that he spoke with. He claimed she yelled at him like a child. Ring camera showed otherwise. Warranty company called technician and he told them it wasn't installed because I didn't have the money to pay for it and returned it. Melton plumbing would not allow my warranty...
