If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a Plummer no show on me TWICE. In addition to that, your company is impossible to get a hold of internally. Multiple workers of yours have told me they want to quit. This has been an awful experience.

My technician John was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions pertaining to the services being performed

This company is terrible! DO NOT USE!! They came out to repair 2 leaking valves under my kitchen sink and made everything worse. They broke the handle off the hot water valve, put it under a towel and told my wife everything was good. Didn't even turn that valve on and they took off. I came home to it still leaking and finding the broken handle in the towel. I had them come back out and they just played stupid. I watched them replace the valve. They gave it 10 seconds to check for leaks and ran out of the house. I gave it 5 minutes and checked for leaks and not to my surprise it was leaking once again from a different spot than before. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone from this company. It goes to voicemail and they don't call back. Luckily my home warranty company just puts in a return claim so they come back out.
