Pleasant to work with. Initial appt was rescheduled for the next day because of a sick appointment (totally understandable).

The technician kept in contact to give me an estimate of when he would arrive. I believe Dewey was his name. Unfortunately our home insurance wouldn’t cover the problem but that’s not the companies fault. He quickly located and explained the problem/leak so I am happy to know what needs to be done.

Super friendly and overall professional. I was worried from reading previous reviews, but glad I gave them a chance.

Very professional, detailed about all that was checked and serviced. We live in a condo unit with a neighbor below and John explained to the neighbor as well what he had done in my unit, as well as what could have possibly caused linking in the unit below. I am very pleased and will be using them going forward as well as sharing with my other neighbors. There was also constant communication of when to expect him and that was really appreciated.
