The plumber could not find the bathtub handles at Lowes or Home Depot. He instructed me to look at Ace or Mernards.

Unfortunately, I had to pay, again, to have a Plumber find the handles and fix the problem.

Also, the Company cancelled and rescheduled three times. Therefore, the family was without "hot" water for a shower or bath three weeks from inital call to AHS to actal repair!
Very disappointing. Unacceptable!
