In a single word: terrible.
In many words: Melton took three days to make contact and 6 days to show up and diagnose. It was agreed that the failure was the gas control valve (a $300 part). However, it was reported to the Warranty company that my entire heater needed to be replaced because “Water is regularly lukewarm or cold.” This was COMPLETELY untrue
So, a new water heater was prescribed by the warranty company based on Melton’s fraudulent input. And THEN Melton wanted an ADDITIONAL $570 from me to fix a problem that never existed.
There’s a reason they have an F rating with the BBB
