I have an issue of a gas leak from my hot water heater. The gas company came and shut off my gas. AHS told me that someone would contact me within 24 hours. I called them first thing in the morning to get ahead of the issue. Left a voicemail. Waited all day long, never heard back. AHS tried calling them, and emailing them. No response back. This company is a joke and an embarrassment to AHS customers. I could have called someone local and had them out the same night it happened, but went through AHS since I paid for their services and peace of mind. Stay away from this company, you can’t reach anyone.

Update* they called me after I posted this review and responded promptly. the technician was nice but the overall service of the office sucked.
