Plumber came by to snake the tub drain since it was not draining as it should be. She was polite, professional, and informed me of my system and what I could do next to improve my plumbing and the quality. There ended up being a deeper issue yet to be resolved, but the plumber was clear and concise on how it can be quickly addressed.
