Our sewer ejector pump for our basement bathroom was malfunctioning. I submitted a service request through AHS, and they assigned Tom Melton Plumbing. They called the next day to schedule service and said the technician would call the morning of to let me know when he would be arriving. The technician called and arrived exactly when he said he would. He analyzed the issue and ended up replacing the faulty pump. The system is now working perfectly. I saw several bad reviews for this company and was a little worried, but I had a great experience with them from start to finish. I would definitely recommend their services!
