The work they did caused water to flood my basement whenever we flushed a toilet or ran a faucet for three minutes. Called for them to come back out to fix the issue (they said they guaranteed their work). Took 10-15 times calling and leaving multiple voicemails to get a response. They were set to come back out to finish the work, but never showed up and never called. I had to call them the next day (a couples times) to finally ask what happened. Now I’ve left more voicemails and haven’t heard a response for 5 days. Went with a different company. I will say that when they were out here, they were great. The customer service surrounding is bad enough to sour everything else.
