Through home warranty scheduled a call. They scheduled appointment, night before they called to reschedule due to vehicle issue. Was scheduled for following day. I took day off work for appointment, was suppose to get call in morning to let me know time he would be there. No call so I called and left voicemail. An hour later left another voicemail. They finally called me back to "schedule" appointment that was suppose to have been scheduled for that day. Was told they had to check with service tech and would call me back. That return call NEVER happened. I cancelled the service request and the home warranty as well. If this is the caliber of companies they have in the program, don't want anything to do with them! Very unprofessional to say the least.
