Assigned by American Home Shield, Tom Milton Plumbing called promptly and set up an appointment. Plumber called that morning said he would call when he was at the job prior to mine. At noon he called said he would be at my house at 2pm. I called him back, voicemail, left several messages I would be there. I made several calls to the office to relay a message. At 1:20 I get an email from AHS that service is complete, I missed the appointment. I have left message after message with no return phone call. And AHS can't get them to answer their phone either. Their phone message says calls will be returned before 3:30pm, after 3:30pm, then the next day. I have left probable 15 messages in 2 days without a single return phone call. Don't appreciate the plumber calling me a liar to AHS saying I missed the appointment when I was home and he never showed up. After reading reviews, seems...
