Melton plumbers were okay but their communication with American Home shield warranty company is absolutely horrible! I had to call warranty company 15 times, and finally called the Tom Melton Plumbing directly to get them come over and fix the leak. They had come first time but the leak did not stop. So we had request revisit which was almost impossible. Until I called TMP directly, they came over and fixed it the second time. I would absolutely avoid American Home Shield, Tom Melton Plumbers were nice but customer service representative on the phone could work in his communication skills.

Showed up on time took care of the leak fast and curtious.
