Through my home warranty this company was assigned. When scheduling I informed them of the leaking pipe issue in my basement and when I flush the toilet, the kitchen sink gurgles. Scheduler said the tech would be there tomorrow. Next day, tech came out 9am, great. Told him the same thing. Response, if the toilet is blocked, that needs to be a new ticket. Not sure why the scheduler didn’t say anything. Ok, after 5 mins, stated leak was fixed. Then checked bathroom stated it’s blocked I need to put in another ticket. He left. I go into the basement, leak is still present. I called my home warranty and explained and the rep said they were contacting them to get details but no one is responding. I said I would like someone else to come out because they obviously did nothing and I paid a service fee for no work done. But I had to go with them. They were assigned again but couldn’t come out...

This company has been awful. They were sourced through an American Home Shield warranty. Despite paying for the parts, Melton installed a brand new water heater that did not deliver hot water for more than 7 minutes. For several months now I’ve been patiently trying to coordinate a resolution for this faulty equipment and service to no avail. On multiple occasions I’ve taken off work waiting for a technician who never shows. I wouldn’t recommend this company if it were the last one on earth.

John plumbing tech came out & looked at 3 of my toilets I had on service order from my Home Warranty company. John was very nice & knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave me future advice if I were to have any additional issues. Toilet is no longer leaking and 2 others have stopped running continuously with help of this tech :) What I appreciated most, was how I was informed on where I stood in line when there multiple job orders in one day so I could plan my time when I should leave work instead of being given a look a large window of time and just waiting. So that was extremely nice of John to keep me informed throughout the day as to how many jobs were ahead of mine down to last job so I knew I was next in line. Thanks John for your great customer service today. 5****
