The appt was set for 10-12. I was then called and told 11. Then I called around 130 and was told he got a flat tire and he was on his way. The technician called at 215 and told me he was at Home Depot picking up the part. He didn’t arrive until 345 and finished at 5. I’m not quite sure why it was so much to install a $500 water heater. The company makes it very hard to reach them.
