What the plumber told me on location was different than what was told to the warranty company. He said filling a tub with water would be considered normal use. Makes total sense to me, but in the report it said it was rejected because it wasn't normal use. So that's a big issue, if we could just say the same thing we might be able to move forward.

John texted with a 2 hour window of time and arrived well within that time. He inspected the problem, thoroughly explained the repair procedure and wasted no time in getting started. He executed the job, cleaned up and then double checked for any issues with that faucet. We ran into a problem when I inquired about the second faucet in the same bathroom
and discovered that Home Shield did not submit a work order on it as they should have. Although I couldn't get the second faucet installed due to Home Shield's negligence, John handled the situation with great professionalism and courtesy. I will call back and ask for John when I resolve the issue. He did a fine job in a timely manner. I appreciated the expeditious way in which Melton's scheduled and fixed my plumbing issue.
