John Melton showed up fixed a pipe that split to my washer and dryer. When I went to do my laundry after he left he didn't turn the cold water on. I turned the cold water on and that line was broken as well. I finally got a hold of him and he's going to charge me another 350 to fix that pipe as well. He said he would have changed me a total of 700 to fix both pipes.

Performed repairs fast, efficiently and did a good job. Kept us informed about appointment arrival time and was prompt. Very knowledgeable about all three of the repairs and got us temporarily up and running until parts come in. We will recommend to friends and family as well as anyone else needing repairs. Our dogs liked him too!!!
