It took a LONG time for Melton Plumbing to get someone to our home (2 weeks!) under my home warranty plan. However, today the Service Technician came to install the new water heater and he did a terrific job. I’m not sure how he would have gotten the 50 gallon heater down the stairs and the old one back upstairs without a hand from my husband, but for someone his age - and stature- he was used to doing the heavy lifting. He did a neat and tidy job and finished the job in a timely fashion. I am glad that they sent us a pro, just wished it had come sooner.
