Melton plumbing tried to correct our water heater problem but First American Home protection sent the wrong HWH. They sent a Natural gas and Melton installed it. I, the home owner, caught the mistake because it was smoking. This was the the warranty company’s mistake. Melton’s biggest issue was their lack of communication. The owner said he was trying to correct that and I believe he is trying. My home was without water for 13 days which is excessive to say the least. Thanks to Melton Plumbing or it would have been longer.
