Melton Plumbing

I scheduled a service call with my home warranty company. Melton Plumbing was scheduled to come out to fix a leak in my bathroom sink on Friday (July 21st) between 3pm and 6pm. I got a call from Melton Plumbing letting me know the plumber was running late. The plumber never showed up. I later found that he closed the service request as complete. I called the home warranty company and they re-assigned the request to another plumbing company but they can’t come until next week. Meanwhile my sink continues to leak!

This is the second time that I have had really poor service with Melton plumbing! Poor quality of work and was very reluctant to fix problem!

I would not recommend Melton Plumbing at all!

They never show up when they say they will. Then when they install a water heater incorrectly AHS will make you pay for it.

After having multiple issues with our home warranty company and another plumbing company, HSA sent us Tom Melton Services. He listened to our issues and solved our problem. Such a simple fix and was in and out in a timely manner. He even suggested things we can do as preventative measures to ensure we don't have issues like this in the near future.

I would absolutely use Tom Melton Services again and recommend to family and friends!

Did an amazing job a little pricey for the work needed but excellent job.

At my sons condo there is a water hammering noise in the walls when a toilet is flushed.
The "fixes" by the plumber did not alleviate the problem
He stated that might happen and a second visit may be necessary
The plumber was on time, was professional and explained the reasons for the actions he took
