From my first contact through paying the price as quoted for services rendered, I am very pleased with how professional the entire team conducted themselves. The gentleman who was scheduled to quote the job showed up ON TIME, explained how he would use drone photography to to inspect my gutters, then showing me that I wouldn’t need that service. In less than 30 minutes I had a written quote. After a day or so I received a follow up call asking if we were ready to schedule the cleaning. A few days later we called to set a time. Their cleaning team showed up on the correct day and time, reviewed the scope of work and got right to work. After the work was completed (about 3 hours) I inspected the work with the cleaning crew, finding it exceptional, was given a method of payment and they were on their way to another job.
